As our business continues to grow, we are looking for passionate and motivated Real Estate Advisors to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview
As a Real Estate Advisor, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and guiding buyers and investors through the property purchase process. You will act as a trusted consultant, helping clients find their ideal property or investment while upholding the company’s reputation for integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties across Dubai’s prime developments.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients through prospecting, referrals, and property events.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers and investors.
• Provide clients with accurate market information , investment advice, and after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, developers, and new project launches.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent / Advisor / Property Consultant in Dubai (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and communities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, etc.) are an advantage.
